The South West Blues Club is proud to present internationally recognised blues guitarist/vocalist Glen Terry direct from visiting USA on a major promotional tour.
Glen is an awesome performer and has been reviewed as a cross between Chuck Berry & Buddy Guy. Winner of the 2008 Canberra Blues Society awards for 'Best Song' and 'Best Male Vocals’ and finalist in 4 categories at the 2009 Australian Blues Music Chain Awards. Best Song, Best Album, Best New Talent and Best Band, Glen is one talented musician.
His guitar reverberates with rhythm and sweet blues licks accompanying his fine blues vocal style and all delivered with style, panache and a huge grin! Having witnessed Glen’s shows at the Australian Blues Festival earlier this year we can say you are in for an engaging, entertaining night of great blues music, a few laughs and, of course, lots of dancing!
Glen will be supported by 4 fine WA musicians Hans Deberitz on bass guitar, drummer Ryan Brewer, Saxophonist Mal Toft and Chris Gibbs on harmonica.
