We are privileged to host from Perth a Perth Folk and Roots Club band Company of Wolves at Blues Central this month. These boys followed hard on our heals at the Blues at Bridgetown Street Stage last November and we were impressed. The band is led by Michael Westphal – Lead Vocals – song writer, with Gerald Ball – Guitar, back up vocals, Stig Lamberth – Bass, back up vocals and Trevor Gaynor on the pots and pans.
The ‘Company’ have been in the game for many years and the lads freelance with several other bands as well.
The Wolves have played at Darlington arts fest, Glen Fest, Blues at Bridgetown, Honkey Tonk bar, Perth Folk n Roots Club to name a few. They will be performing a couple of new songs they have recently penned, for the first time live at Froth Brewery on the 13th. Come and give them a hearty Southern welcome.
