A change of plan folks. Big Town Players are now booked for December and instead on Sunday we have the fabulous Louis Rebeiro and the Blues Machine. For those who missed these teenage wonders in March, now is your chance to see these guys on stage. To follow we have everyone's favourites, Jimmy and the Survivors. See you on Sunday.

The South West Blues Club 2023 AGM will be held 11am-12pm on Sunday 15 October 2023 at Froth Brewery 12 Victoria Street Bunbury (i.e. immediately prior to the October jam day).

The AGM is an important time for us to come together as a club, reflect on the year that has been and elect our committee and office bearers for the following year. Please come along to help celebrate what we’ve achieved in 2022/23 and decide upon the structure of our committee for 2023/24.

Notice of Special Resolution

Please note that a special resolution has been received, which will be considered at the AGM.

We are finishing the year in style. Two very seasoned bands; Big Town Players and Desert Road. Big Town Players are led by the sensational harp of Howie Smallman and behind him Bob Greaves, Phil Riseborough and Phil Bradley. Theirs is a big fat, raucous, electric bar room sound. To follow a band with a great local following on the country music scene but equally at ease with the blues. Club members will have watched Donna's great bass playing and listened to her unforgettable vocals. This is going to be a hot way to end the year.

Not long now until the fat man pays us all a visit. I hope you have been good this year. Anyway good or bad the last Jam Session for 2023 will be a ripper. Join us for our big pre-Christmas bash at Froth Craft Bunbrewery - Bunbury. Let's send the year out in style.....and we have a big Christmas Raffle so don't miss this. Sunday is blues day in Bunbury. An afternoon with two great blues bands. Blowin' in from the deep south is the Southern Right Blues Band, on a road trip to Bunbury and beyond. Hard on their heals is the seasoned quartet Something's Up. Three hours of nothing but fantastic blues, 1pm at Froth Craft Bunbrewery - Bunbury this Sunday. See you there.
